yumeda is a digital impact agency specialized in design and strategy. It was founded in 2018 by Lukas and Felix, who have a wide expertise in marketing, business development, design, and strategy. Our vision is to “impact society through projects that follow our passion for creativity, analytics and ethics.”
We offer clients services in the four main areas of Web & App, Online Marketing, Branding and Analytics & Research

YOUR MISSION
As a Business Development intern for our digital impact agency, you will be a part of an unbelievably important role for our future and growth.
Finding new clients for our agency is your next challenge: any interesting region or city in Germany as well as targeting the first clients outside of Germany. We are ready to grow across new markets, and you will support us in discovering the relevant players.
You will take care of elaborating a go-to-market strategy for each region you consider relevant for growing our business. Based on your research and assessment, you will get in touch with professionals in a wide range of industries.
YOUR CHALLENGES
- ANALYSE THE MARKET AND UNDERSTAND WHO ARE THE POTENTIAL KEY CLIENTS THAT MATCH YUMEDA’S CORE VALUES
- CARRY OUT IN-DEPTH MARKET RESEARCH ON THE GERMAN MARKET AS WELL AS OTHER PARTS OF EUROPE
- APPROACH POTENTIAL CLIENTS IN A WIDE RANGE OF INDUSTRIES THROUGH A MIXTURE OF COMMUNICATION METHODS, SUCH AS: SOCIAL MEDIA, EMAIL, ONLINE EVENTS, AND MORE
- REPRESENT YUMEDA AT VARIOUS ONLINE EVENTS (NETWORKING, STARTUP EVENTS, ETC…)
- ELABORATE A TARGETED GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY FOR EACH REGION TO BE PRESENTED TO THE BOARD
- CONNECT WITH THE STARTUP SCENE AND IMPACT VC’S BY PITCHING YUMEDA TO FOUNDERS AS WELL AS INSTITUTIONS, ESTABLISHING PROMISING RELATIONSHIPS

- FLUENT IN BOTH GERMAN AND ENGLISH
- ENROLLED IN YOUR STUDIES OF BUSINESS, MANAGEMENT, MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS OR SIMILAR
- STRONG INTEREST IN WORKING TOWARDS OUR GOAL OF WORKING WITH ORGANIZATIONS MAKING AN IMPACT AND IN SCOUTING PROMISING IDEAS
- HIGHLY MOTIVATED TO EXPAND YOUR EXISTING NETWORK WITH INFLUENTIAL CONNECTIONS

You will take care of elaborating a go-to-market strategy for each region you consider relevant for growing our business. Based on your research and assessment, you will get in touch with professionals in a wide range of industries.
YOUR CHALLENGES
- Analyse the market and understand who are the potential key clients that match yumeda’s core values
- Carry out in-depth market research on the German market as well as other parts of Europe
- Approach potential clients in a wide range of industries through a mixture of communication methods, such as: social media, email, online events, and more
- Represent yumeda at various online events (networking, startup events, etc…)
- Elaborate a targeted go-to-market strategy for each region to be presented to the board
- Connect with the startup scene and impact VCs by pitching yumeda to founders as well as institutions, establishing promising relationships
ABOUT YOU
- Fluent in both German and English
- Enrolled in your studies of Business, Management, Marketing, Communications or similar
- Strong interest in working towards our goal of working with organizations making an impact and in scouting promising ideas
- Highly motivated to expand your existing network with influential connections
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive can-do attitude
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
